Brian J. Grundt, DO

Brian Grundt, DO, a Palm Beach County native is board certified in Internal Medicine and Sports Medicine.

Dr. Grundt grew up in Boca Raton, FL, before pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in biology at the University of Florida. Following completion of his undergraduate degree, he earned his Master’s Degree in Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida, and he obtained his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at their Florida campus in Bradenton, FL. Upon completion of medical school, Dr. Grundt remained on Florida’s west coast for his Internal Medicine residency at the University of South Florida Morisani College of Medicine’s Largo Medical Center.

Dr. Grundt gained experience in Internal Medicine while practicing with a hospitalist group prior to completion of his fellowship training in Sports Medicine at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Lafayette, LA. During his fellowship, Dr. Grundt focused on non-surgical management of a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. Additionally, Dr. Grundt served as a team physician for the University of Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns athletic department.

After completion of his fellowship and receiving his Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine, Dr. Grundt returned home to Palm Beach County to practice Sports Medicine. He specializes in non-operative management of both chronic and acute musculoskeletal issues in both athletes and non-athletes. He is now offering same day, next day, and walk-in appointments.
