Joseph Neustein, M.D.
Orthopedic Surgery
Dr. Neustein is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon and has been practicing since 1982. He completed his undergraduate education at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ with a Bachelor of Arts in Hebraic Studies. He received his medical degree in 1977 from the University Of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. His orthopedic residency training was completed at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) in El Paso, TX. After residency, Dr. Neustein was assigned to 121 Evacuation Hospital, where he was one of two American orthopedic surgeons serving American troops in Korea. This was followed by reassignment to the teaching staff at WBAMC, where he was Chief of the Total Joint Service. Upon completion of military service in 1985, Dr. Neustein remained in El Paso in a private orthopedic practice until 2008 when he moved to Florida. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and has special interest in trauma and total joint replacement.
