Dianne’s distinguished career as a healthcare executive spans more than 35 years. Most recently, she served as Vice President of strategy and service lines for Tenet Healthcare Inc, in Dallas, TX. In that role, Dianne oversaw market-based strategy development and the enhancement of new service line offerings for the $20 Billion Fortune 150 Company. Prior to that Dianne served as Chief Executive Officer at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Florida where she enhanced cardiac services making the hospital a cardiac medical destination for hundreds of thousands of members in Palm Beach County. She also oversaw the opening of a senior care emergency room and the expansion of operating rooms.
Previously, she served as Chief Executive Officer at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center where she opened a trauma center in less than 6 months, developed medical residency and fellowship programs and improved hospital EBITDA by $20 Million during her tenure. She also served in Chief Executive Officer roles at Northwest Medical Center and North Ridge Medical Center, also in Florida. Prior to her Chief Executive Officer roles, Dianne utilized her clinical background as a Chief Nursing Officer and her operational improvement skills as a Chief Operating Officer. Dianne currently serves as the managing director for Gold Square Consulting, where she brings a tailored solutions-oriented approach to every client.
Dianne earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Texas Women’s University, a master’s degree in nursing from Barry University, and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
Dianne lives with her husband in West Palm Beach, Florida. They have four children, two grandchildren and love to spend time with their family, traveling, and hiking.
